In The Shelter of Each Other
It just breaks my heart to see so many people asking God why He let something like this happen and where was He? We tell Him we don’t want Him taught in our schools, we don’t want Him in our government and laws, we don’t want Him in our homes, His name is banned from high school football games, teachers have to hide their Bibles to save their jobs, the unneeded abortion rate every 24 hours is over 3,000, we are told to keep silence because our message is intolerant even though them suppressing us is intolerance, we are forced to claim that truth does not exist therefore God must not exist, and we are living in a society where people put themselves above everything in the world no matter who it hurts. Where is God when we need Him? The answer is quite simple, He’s exactly where we put Him, on the shelf out of the way. God won’t force Himself into a nation, we have to want Him here. Since He has been kicked out of this country decades ago, things have only gotten worse and more dangerous. We as a country need to come together to bring God back into America just as the founding fathers wanted.
